Rules for using BookedDJ, a public directory of DJs, agencies and tour dates.
BookedDJ is operated by Roots Agency (www.roots-agency.com). By using the site or creating an account you agree to these terms.
The service
BookedDJ publishes a public catalogue of DJs, booking agencies and tour dates. Rankings use public charts. We do not sell tickets or act as the booking agent unless a listing says so.
Accounts
You must give true details. Fan, DJ and agency accounts are for the person or organisation they describe. Agency accounts stay pending until an admin checks them. Keep your password private. We may close accounts that abuse the service or impersonate someone else.
Content
You stay responsible for names, bios, photos, dates and contacts you publish. Do not post anything illegal, misleading or that you do not have the right to share. We may edit or remove listings that break these terms.
Public directory
DJ and agency pages are public. Booking contacts may be limited to signed-in users. Rankings and profile data can appear in search results.
Liability
The catalogue is a directory. Dates, contacts and rankings can change. BookedDJ is not liable for bookings, cancellations or deals made off the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the bottom is the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
